Incorrect Order or Purchase Policy

Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please carefully review the information, including the items, quantities, and delivery address.


Incorrect Orders
If you realize that you have placed an order incorrectly (such as ordering the wrong items, quantities, or entering an incorrect delivery address), please contact us immediately at [E-mail: Info@aswaqdubai.com].
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request for cancellation or modification.


No Responsibility for Incorrect Details
Aswaq Dubai by Global Deal L.L.C-FZ cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer in the order placement process, including but not limited to incorrect product selection, shipping information, or payment details.
Order Cancellation and Refunds


If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel due to an incorrect order, you are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that the 10% admin fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the cancellation.
This policy ensures that your company maintains the right to make changes as needed while emphasizing the importance of legal compliance with the standards of the UAE. You can adjust the specific contact details or other terms as needed.


Shipping policy

When placing an online order, and after you have entered a delivery address, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. We offer both local and international shipping to the countries we sell to.

Deliveries within the UAE usually take 1 to 2 business days after we have received notification and payment of your order. International orders may take between 3 and 5 business days depending on the destination.

Fees for delivery are calculated real-time depending on the volume and weight of your order. Such shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process and before you finalize and pay for your order.

In In order to expedite your order please make sure your delivery address and the contact number of the person receiving the shipment is correct.

Any incorrect information you supply may result in a delay in transit, loss, charges or the parcel being returned to sender. If any additional costs are incurred by Aswaq Dubai  due to incorrect information supplied by yourself, we will require you to cover these additional costs.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double check your address and contact details before confirming the order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to be delivered to you and either reject the delivery or return your order for a refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.

Some countries charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Aswaq Dubai has no control over this and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added.

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Aswaq Dubai will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
